Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment or using any services provided by RootSpace Wellness, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

RootSpace Wellness provides therapeutic massage and wellness services. All services are performed by certified massage therapists. Services are provided on a mobile, on-site basis unless otherwise agreed.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session rate.
• No-shows without notice may be charged the full session rate.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to therapist illness or emergency, with as much notice as possible provided.

4. Health Disclosure

You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications prior to your session. RootSpace Wellness is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions. Our therapists reserve the right to decline or modify a session if they deem it unsafe to proceed.

5. Payment

• Payment is due at the time of service unless a package or membership agreement is in place.
• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• Refunds are issued at the discretion of RootSpace Wellness management.

6. Professional Conduct

RootSpace Wellness provides therapeutic services in a professional, ethical environment. Any inappropriate behavior toward our therapists will result in immediate termination of the session with full charges applied, and potential banning from future services.

7. Limitation of Liability

RootSpace Wellness is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session in question.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not share your personal or health information with any third party.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
